However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our items, you may exchange or return unworn, unaltered items with tags attached, as per the guidelines below.

1. Quality problems: Items you received are defective(photos of defective merchandise are required to support the claim),we will offer you a full refund.
2.Without quality problems: You can return your item within 10 days of purchase.Items may be returned for a refund, minus a 25% restocking fee (per item), and shipping and processing fees. Once the restocking fee is applied, remaining balance will be refunded to the payment method submitted with your original order.Items must be new,please send the product photo before return.
3. Refunds normally arrive within 7 business days of receipt.
1.Orders can be changed for free within 24 hours after placing your order. There will be 25% restocking fee over 24 hours but within one week. There will be 30% restocking fee for orders over 1 week when the unit is still under processing.
2.Only one time exchange is allowed. Once order is processed the exchange, it will be no longer available to cancel, exchange, return.
3.Exchange items will be shipped by the US ground shipping method if no extra shipping fee is paid on your side.
4.You need to pay the extra if the exchange is higher in price, and any balance remaining after your exchange will be refunded to the payment method submitted with your original order.
The order can be canceled for free within 24 hours after placing your order.
25% restocking fee will be deducted off the total for the cancellation within 1 week after the unit is in processing.
30% restocking fee will be deducted off the total for the cancellation after 1 week when the unit is in processing.
Please note that once the order has been shipped out, it can no longer be canceled.
Note: Make sure to provide us a tracking number when you send the item back.
